At Four Seasons Complete Grounds Service we understand that privacy is a major priority as well as a concern. We take great care to protect your information. The TWM Privacy Policy lays out the ways in which we gather and protect information, and how you can control your personal information.

Four Seasons Grounds Service may collect personal information which is information that alone or in combination with other information could be used to identify you. This could include your name, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and home or business and mailing address or other location from which you use our services from information you provide us through technology. If you decide to purchase our products or services, we may need to collect certain additional information which would always be discussed upfront via various avenues of communication; and indicated in any contract/agreement. We also collect photos and videos from cameras on our trucks to analyze the use and delivery of our services

Four Seasons Ground Service may use your personal information to contact you via mail, e-mail, telephone or mobile device in order to give you information about our services, payment confirmations, current information regarding our products, or other promotions that may be of interest to you. We also use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive from you. We may also use your IP address, or unique devices identification numbers to help protect Waste Management and our Internet service providers from fraud. We will not use or disclose collected information in ways different from what is described in this policy unless otherwise required by law.

If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the Site so that users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we will disclose it. Any changes will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Service. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, please notify us prior to the effective date of the changes so that we are able to accommodate your request.
