WHAT WE DO
Lots of us have lived on a multi unit property.... Frantically searching for a parking spot closer to your unit. The dreaded grocery store run and trying to grab all the bags in one swoop to avoid having make multiple trips. Or how about overfilling your trash bag and having to lug that heavy bag across the parking lot the property dumpster? There was a time in the past where it would have been wonderful to not have to worry about dealing with those annoying every day tasks, and for many of them, that time has arrived. Don't want to lose that parking spot? Take an Uber. Don't feel like carrying all of those groceries? Instacart! What about that trash? That task still remains, but wouldn't it be amazing if someone could get that for you too? Well that's where Taylor Waste Management comes in. We live in a world where things are being streamlined to make life more convenient, and TWM wants to make life easier for you by coming to your doorstep and collecting your waste.
HOW IT WORKS
First Step
Sit your trash outside of your unit:

Each property has unique pickup dates and pickup service hours. Four Seasons will provide waste receptacles for each unit. Waste must not exceed 25lbs, and more specific info regarding any additional allowances/ omissions will be provided in detail to property management
Second Step
Time For Pickup:

A Four Seasons service representative will arrive during your properties scheduled pickup window. All waste must be set out at the beginning of the pickup window in order to guarantee that no waste goes uncollected. Please check with property management if you are unsure as to when this time period occurs

Third Step
Process Complete!

Its that simple. We will take it from here, and see your waste to disposal. Make sure to return your receptacle to your unit by the following morning.
